Time with the dentist is precious and a wasted appointment may deprive a patient with pain or other more serious problems from receiving treatment promptly.

We would normally request 48 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment. Appointments can be cancelled in person or by telephone.

Patients who show a history of repeated failure to attend or short notice cancellations will automatically be brought to the attention of the Principal and Practice Manager. The patient will then be notified in writing that they will no longer be seen at the practice.
